Our mission

When brushing gets tricky, what's Plan B?

For people living with dementia, brushing can become confusing or distressing. For the people who support them, a simple routine can turn into a daily struggle.

Dentablue was developed with people living with dementia, carers and healthcare professionals as a gentle, simple way to feel fresh when brushing gets tricky.

And it isn't only for care. On a long shift, a busy day or a trip away, it's an easy way to freshen up wherever you are.

Our story

It began on a hospital ward.

Our founder spent years working in the NHS, supporting people living with dementia and their families. Time and again, she saw how something as simple as brushing your teeth could become frightening or distressing, and how few practical alternatives there were.

That became a question: what if oral care could be easier, kinder and designed around the person? That question became Dentablue.
