What is the return policy?

We hope you are delighted with your DentaBlue order. If you change your mind, we accept returns for UK orders within 14 days of delivery.

To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@dentablue.co.uk before sending your item back. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address.

Please note:

Returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
As DentaBlue is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and food safety reasons unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your order.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage and, for larger orders, using a tracked or insured delivery service.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return and will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider before getting in touch with us.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing every order. However, if your DentaBlue products arrive damaged, faulty or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@dentablue.co.uk and include photographs of the issue where possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Subscription Orders

If you have purchased a DentaBlue subscription, you may cancel future subscription payments at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@dentablue.co.uk.

Please note that subscription orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancelling your subscription will prevent future payments and deliveries but will not aﬀect orders that have already been processed.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not aﬀected by this policy.
